Celebration Community Choir - 150 Voice Gospel Choir
Calling All Singers!
Have you ever wanted to sing in a large choir? Here’s your chance. Celebration Community Choir is a 150 voice choir open to everyone, ages 18 and up, and will perform a wide variety of Gospel styles. Come experience the joy of singing once again.
Weekly rehearsals are held on Monday evenings from 7:00PM - 8:30PM, at The Neighborhood Church in Tualatin, 21065 SW Stafford Rd, Tualatin, OR
*New Season will begin in January 2025!
Our Director
Celebration Community Choir is directed by Ron Cochran. Ron served as the Music Director at Portland Christian Center for over 30 years. He also produced and directed Portland’s Christmas Celebration, featuring 300 singers and live orchestra, reaching over 15,000 people annually. Ron also produced and directed The Portland Passion Play, which ran for17 seasons and was seen by over 125,000 people. In addition, Ron has produced 16 recording projects. Ron’s wife, Cheryll, is an accomplished pianist, and will serve as the choir's accompanist. Ron and Cheryll Cochran are well known in the Portland area for their musical excellence.
